I have been using sport log and its predecessor for 3 years now and I find it an extremely useful and intuitive program for analyzing and monitoring athlete's training. Compared to other logging programs Sportlog.ca offers easy to read month and day views which allows me to quickly assess the training trends and intensity of any athlete. Coaching over 40 athletes per year this allows me to stay on top of the workouts and activities of a large group and provide all the athletes with individual feedback.
